Wow-- thanks!

Great feedback from all over the place--much appreciated as always. I am going to refer to these pieces as visual novels from now on-- as one commenter described them. Love the phrase!

Of course there is never a consensus but I do think I can sharpen future work based on what you've shared with me. As part of this ongoing development, I'd like to share the plot I've been thinking about as I put together the next VN (visual novel!). If you would rather be surprised, don't read further....

SPOILER ALERT

Rough outline for next VN as follows.

We start in a lawyer's office. A young woman has requested a meeting to discuss divorcing from her husband.... the tale begins there

The principal character introduced is a bad boy hollywood tv star (name? T for now...). He's young, rich, out of control and constantly in the news for bad behavior (esp. with regard to women he takes advantage of) BUT he is hugely popular because of his role on a hit tv series. Big things beckon for him until a car crash under the influence lands him in court. An unsympathetic judge does a Paris Hilton on him-- a year in jail, the maximum sentence.

He finds himself in a prison surrounded by less than impressed fellow inmates. His pretty boy looks he knows won't be an asset here (not the right kind anyway)... His cellmate (name? D for now...) offers to protect him and act as bodyguard.. for $10k a day. D is a mafia hitman with a brutal reputation and no one will mess with him or anyone under his protection. T has no option but to agree. But there's another catch.... if D is going to maintain respect in the prison yard, everyone needs to know T is his bitch. Otherwise D looks like the punk...

T agrees. He instructs his lawyer/manager Ms. G to make the payments to D's Bahamian account. As long as D will leave him alone when they are in the cell, he'll do it. It is 12 mos. He can stand it. Then D insists he take hormonal supplements that will feminize T. What choice does T have?

T is paraded through the jail as D's bitch. The rules have been established. T is an actor and plays his part well. But D still doesn't think T is convincing enough. An appointment is made with the prison doctor. T will get implants, botox, etc. And T will pay for it all...a $100k.

T is looking and behaving very femininely now. 6 mos to go... when D is set up in the prison yard and thrown into solitary for an indefinite period. T is "transferred" to a new cell-- Mister J, another inmate who has orchestrated the whole thing. He's had his eye on T and wants the pretty prison bitch for himself. A very long week follows, with poor T being raped by his new owner.

But D surprises him, after being released by a bought off guard. He is furious that T has been violated and shanks Mister J fatally. He orders T to hide the shank and he disposes of the body with the help of the crooked guard. Later D looks for the knife but D tells him he has hidden for safe keeping.

T is now out of money. D has everything he's earned and he still needs D's protection more than ever. He asks T what he has to trade and T reluctantly offers to be D's girlfriend-- for real. T is confused and ashamed how easily he finds it to make this offer, which D accepts. Soon after D asks T to become his prison wife and T agrees. T must humiliate himself even more by being an over the top prison wife in from of the other inmates (and the other prison bitches) to convince D he is a good wifey.

With just 2 mos to go, Ms. G, his lawyer/manager visits him and drops the bombshell that she is now D's attorney and that she has secured his early release by using the former tv star's money. They were working together from the very beginning of T's incarceration to drain him financially. Furthermore, she has the shank used to kill Mister J-- with T's prints all over it. She offers him an opportunity to avoid a much longer jail sentence. D actually likes having T around. He likes having the former tv star as a wife. IF T doesn't want to shank to wind up implicating him in the murder, he has 2 mos. to prove to D he can be not only a prison wife but a real one too. If he can convince D he can be a good wife outside of prison after being released, D will keep the shank hidden. T is terrified and agrees...

6 mos forward... we are back in the lawyer's office from the first slide... T is the trophy wife of D, an organized crime boss. No one knows he's really a he and D forbids him to tell (he still has the shank). He's kept drugged up on antidepressants and forced to act like a suburban housewife. He has accepted it all until he turned on the tv and saw an episode of his old show. he snapped. but thinking now still like a wife, he didn't run away but wants to get divorced. he wants a settlement so he can go get surgically re-corrected and begin his career again.

It is a ridiculous and addled plan. The lawyer's firm includes Ms. G as a partner-- they handle all the mafia's work. She has called D who has come to collect his obviously confused and drugged up wife who is clearly having delusions. T leaves with his husband, certain he'll never escape...

That's the bare bones of it. I have a model for T I can use plus some accompanying vids, ambient prison sounds, prison graphics, etc. I don't have any names for characters or the story itself, or place names. Any thoughts on this? I'm open to any and all-- I'm thinking of doing it as a first person as that seemed to work ok w/the sissy time part 1 piece that gangers likes.

Fire away.... stupid? interesting? boring? meh?

Big Question for all the fans...

OK-- after some reflection, I think it is fair to say that the last few projects haven't been as well received as those before them. The latest has gotten mixed reviews at best, and the 2-3 before than were less popular than previous ones. I'm already thinking of the next project but before I even start to develop it, could those of you who haven't been that satisfied with recent work please help me to steer back to the kind of things you like? What elements, settings, characters, etc do you like? What don't you like? What previous work really pushed your buttons? How long/short should the pieces be? What are your favorite works of fiction (stories or otherwise) that I can refer to that might give me a sense of what you want to see? Is the format right? More/less images? More/less video? More/less narration & sound? More/less interactivity? Sweeter/harder? Guides or stories?

I'm loathe to start something new until I get more insight into what I'm doing not so great... these projects are enormously time consuming, so I want to spend the time I have to create what you are most interested in.
